How does someone calm down from stress? How do you stop complaining?
I’ve been COMPLETELY stressed out for the past couple weeks, and I’m not sure why.
I have a lot going on, but I usually do, its not much new.
I also find myself complaining a lot, and I feel my friends getting really tired of hearing it, but I don’t realize I’m complaining until I see their reaction to what I said.

Is there a connection between my stress and complaining? Is there a way to stop complaining? Are there any exercises that I can do to calm down(explain)?
