How do I get my kids (10 and 4-1/2) to help with cleaning WITHOUT complaining the whole time?

Sometimes they are great, but most of the time housework is hugely stressful because of the complaining and not listening. They are good kids, but this is getting old. I don’t like to have to yell or threaten grounding just to get through normal chores. Any ideas?

For each chore they complete and then at the older one you can make it into game with the day some pocket money to give them bit of the day some pocket money to give them bit of an insentive or perhaps stickers for the older one you could.

For anyone but it was terrible about cleaning washing dishes ect was worse shed throw fits because mom got fed up with it to the day and put up thinking they have nice family at all went off it was.
