All i hear are complaing and bitching. How would you SAVE THE WORLD, everyone seems to know how but they just stop after saying the president, government, taxes, etc suck. Make my day and show some intelligence for once. The biggest problem I have seen on here is our education system with the amount of just plain stupidity on here.
Oh I forgot one huge complaint, why do conservatives/liberals suck. Thats my favorite of all. Whats wrong with having a different view?
Why do you complain about bush. He is just one part of our 3 parts of government. Obviously with our checks and balances he can’t do much without the other two doing something about it.

Ok, I think i’m the only person that hasever graced this forum, that has been in the unpleasent situation of having to work around illegals.

Was having a bad night at work, Several CNC machines were down. A ( illegal ) person they hired to just load parts into a welding fixture was complaining that the fixture was not working right, it was suppose to make two rotations while it laid down a welding bead, but it would not stop after the second rotation. I was busy, and it apeared to be either a encoder problem, or currupted program. I switched the machine out of automatic mode, and told the the person loading the parts that he had to touch the button once after every revolution, until I could get some time to look into further.

OMFG, he had to touch the button twice… He was very upset by this, he started carring on,bitching and moaning. His boss informed me that now he stuck at the machine and can’t go warndering off to chat, and is actually getting more work done.
Just thought I would mention, this is not the first time I delt with them. Illegals tend to be very unreliable, also their work is very sloppy. I honestly don’t see how a company can get ahead with all the rework the cause.
Daniel F - I worked in a meat processing plant for 8 years before I got my new job, trust me … illegals work for cheap, and thats it …. they do very sloppy work, and try to get one to work on a saturday…

I work with a woman who can’t find the good in anything. A semi-truck pulled into our parking lot and came within inches of hitting the bumper of her car. She wouldn’t stop bitching about it for about twenty minutes. He didn’t hit her car (or any others), and I figure he was being pretty damned careful if he made what is actually a pretty tight turn, but she was furious. If she’s asked to do any work, she complains that she’s not being paid enough. If she doesn’t have enough to do, she complains about being bored.

It’s constant. Even when we all in the office get together and vent a little about stress at work, she takes over the conversation and then turns it into a bitch-fest about everything wrong with her life. And, trust me, EVERYTHING in her life is wrong, according to her. Her husband was overseas for a while, and she was stuck at home with their newborn. She bitched that he was gone, and then bitched when he came back!
I’m at a loss here. It’s hard to work in such a caustic environment every single day. I dread working with her. I love my job, and I really like my employers (for the most part). I certainly don’t want to leave.

Ignoring this pain in my behind is almost out of the question, because of the close proximity in which we work. If she sees for a moment that I’m not completely absorbed in what I’m doing (which I try very hard not to let her see), she does everything she can to draw me into a pity party and tries to get me to agree with every negative thing she says about…well…everything!
